Petros Sekeris is an Associate Professor in Economics and Finance at TBS Business School (Toulouse). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Namur and has held academic positions at the University of Portsmouth and Montpellier Business School. His research sits at the intersection of conflict theory, political economy, and game theory — exploring questions such as how propaganda fuels armed conflict, what economic conditions trigger civil war, and how overconfidence shapes competitive behaviour.
