Bio

Mark Peplow is an award-winning science journalist with more than 20 years experience as a reporter and editor. Before going freelance in 2013, he was the chief news editor at Nature magazine, and prior to that he was the editor of Chemistry World from 2006 to 2008. His writing spans the physical sciences: from astrophysics and planetary sciences, through chemistry and materials, to Earth and environmental science. Mark has a degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford and a PhD in organometallic chemistry from Imperial College London. He is also the co-author of .
