Netropolitan has one niggle with the Freeserve software: it changes any
existing communications settings in any copy of IE4 you might already use,
defaulting to its own settings. This means that if you want to switch between
Freeserve and another Internet account, you will have to go through the fag of
changing all the dial-up settings each time you log on. Help for that is
available from www.freeserve.net/support. Dixons has also laid on an excellent
technical helpline, but it costs an expensive £1 per minute to talk to
them.
