Did Bronze Age people wear blue jeans of a certain well-known brand?
That is the question vexing visitors to the Tyrolean town of Schwaz near
Innsbruck. There, paraded in a shop window, is a model of the 4000-year-old
Bronze Age man that tourists discovered last month preserved in ice near
the Austro-Italian border.
鈥楾he real Bronze Age man was wearing leather clothes, including leather
leggings,鈥 says Konrad Spindler of the Institute of Early History at the
University of Innsbruck, who is the leader of the team investigating the
find. 鈥榊ou can buy T-shirts in South Tyrol bearing a picture of the Bronze
Age man,鈥 says Spindler, adding that he saw the commercialisation of the
find as a harmless activity. He expects full investigations of the corpse
to take at least three years. 女生小视频s from throughout Europe are now
involved.
